Banalusis klausimas „ką daryti?“ sklando interneto erdvėje, prasiveržia apmaudu, kai lietuviškas aktualijas aptari su šeima ar bičiuliais. Kažką daryti piliečiams norisi, nes prokurorų sprendimai pedofilijos byloje, Prezidentės Dalios Grybauskaitės atlaidumas Generalinės prokuratūros viršūnių atžvilgiu, Algimanto Valantino arogancija, kuris atsisako paaiškinti piliečiams prokurorų sprendimus, verčia Lietuvos gyventojus nerimauti ir jie nori kažką daryti.
Kodėl? Verta pastebėti, kad jokie ankstesni prokurorų sprendimai nesukėlė tokio piliečių įtūžio. Žmonės gana abejingai reaguodavo į kitas rezonansines bylas. Tačiau Kauno atveju jie net spontaniškai išeina į gatves ir reikalauja teisingumo. Ūmiai šalies gyventojai pasijuto nesaugūs dėl savo atžalų. Juk susiklosčius tam tikroms aplinkybėms, analogiškoje situacijoje, kaip Drąsius Kedys ir jo artimieji, gali atsidurti ne viena šeima.
Tačiau iš A. Valantino žodžių aiškėja, kad neverta piliečiams burtis prie prokuratūrų pastatų. „Mes atliekame darbą pagal tuos duomenis, kuriuos turime. Iš tikrųjų, jei mes pagal kažkieno norus keliautumėme į teismą, tuomet turėčiau aiškintis visuomenei“, – pirmadienį nukirto generalinis prokuroras. Kitaip tariant, p. Valantinui visai neįdomu, ką apie jo vadovaujamos institucijos darbą mano šalies piliečiai.
Tad jiems neverta jaudintis ir reikšti savo nuomonę apie teisėsaugą. Generaliniam prokurorui Lietuvos gyventojų nepasitenkinimas prilygsta šunų lojimui, kuris į prokuroriško dangaus aukštybes nepatenka. Tačiau klausimas „ką daryti?“ lieka ir niekur jo neišguisi, kol gerklės nebegniauš dusinantis neteisybės jausmas.
Sutikime, kad realiausias poveikio priemones turi politikai. Ką jie siūlo? Štai parlamentaras Saulius Stoma įregistravo Prokuratūros įstatymo pataisas, kurios numatytų, kad Seimui nepatvirtinus Prokuratūros metinės ataskaitos, generaliniam prokurorui ir jo pavaduotojams tektų atsistatydinti. Tačiau išsyk kyla abejonių, ar tokiu atveju prokuratūra nepatektų į politinės konjunktūros pinkles, nes kiekviena prokuratūros ataskaita būtų lydima intrigų ir užkulisinių derybų.
Kita S. Stomos pataisa, kuri panaikintų apribojimus, – kad tokias pareigas gali eiti ne jaunesni nei 35 metų amžiaus ir ne mažiau nei 10 metų prokuroro ar teisėjo darbo patirtį turintys, arba teisės krypties socialinių mokslų daktaro ar habilituoto daktaro laipsnį turintys asmenys, akivaizdžiai yra pozityvi. Pašalinus šias kliūtis atsirištų rankos ieškant naujų vadovų, kurie nebūtų susaistyti tam tikrais ryšiais ir įsipareigojimais.
Tačiau teisus yra parlamentaras G. Songaila “Alfos” portalui prabilęs apie „tam tikrą pasimetimą, nerandant naujų tinkamų prokuratūros vadovų ir nesant sisteminių pertvarkymų vizijos“, ir pridūręs:
„Jeigu kalbama apie naujos vadovybės formavimą – iniciatyva ir įstatyminė kompetencija Prezidentės rankose, tai bendra pertvarkymų vizija – bendras reikalas, taip pat ir Seimo nepadarytas darbas. Vis dėlto susidaro tam tikras uždaras ratas – nėra lyderių, sugebančių pasiūlyti naują „sistemos“ viziją, o kai nėra vizijos, tarsi nenorima ieškoti ir naujų lyderių.“
Juk kol kas visi pasiūlymai sukasi apie procedūrinius klausimus. O kuria linkme turi vykti Prokuratūros darbo pertvarka, kaip didinti prokurorų darbo efektyvumą, užtikrinti kuo didesnį jų savarankiškumą, idėjų nematyti.
Nors p. Valantinui neįdomi mūsų nuomonė, drįskime kartu spręsti, ką daryti. Kad nebijotume dėl savo vaikų ateities.

Vertinu Jūsų įžvalgas ir nuoširdų norą provokuoti įdomias ir kartais aštrokas diskusijas. O ir šiame komentare matau racionalaus grūdo, tačiau nesuprantu, kam puikią teksto ir minties pastangą suvelti logikos ir turinio požiūriu?
Stebiuosi, kad pasidavėte pagundai generalinės prokuratūros reformą sieti su skandalingąja byla. Byla, kuri aiškiai leidžia matyti, kad abi proceso pusė vertos griežto teisinio įvertinimo. Jei atvirai, tai po šių įvykių reikėtų kelti ne tik prokuratūros, bet ir teismų sistemos, o ypač jų aukščiausios grandies, reformos klausimą. Nes taip, kaip elgiasi teisėja, atsiprašai nepamenu pavardės, ir su visam leidžia abejoti teisingumo galimybe Lietuvoje.
Reziume: ne karštos emocijos ir pedofiliniai baubai turėtu formuoti analitikų nuomonę, o argumentai ir jų logika.

Laikau pareiga atsakyti į Jūsų antagonistiniame stiliuje išsprogusią emociją.
Pirma: Visas šis masių sukilimas, su jam būdinga griaunančia ir destruktyvia jėga, bet kada gali išvirsti į klerikalų terorą, kurį matėme sovietmečiu, nacistinėje Vokietijoje dabar Šiaurės Korėjoje. Užtenka pirštu bakstelėti į žmogų ir ištarti magišką žodį - pedofilas - žmogus pasmerktas be teismo. Laikau, tai kenksmingu ir pavojingu masių psichozės pavyzdžiu, kuris su teisingumo turi tik tiek bendro, kiek su juo turėjo bendro inkvizicija ir prancūziška giljotina.
Antra: Noriu atkreipti dėmesį, kad “petelnių” strategija yra puikus pavyzdys mūsų visų (išimties nedarau ir sau)norui problemą ne spręsti, o ją gilinti. Teiginys, kad prokurorai “pedofilų gynėjai”, meta šešėli ir apsunkina darbą tiems, kurie sąžiningai ir nuoširdžiai dirba mūsų visų labui ir su šia byla neturi nieko bendro. Noriu atkreipti dėmesį, kad, bet kuri reforma prasideda nuo žmonių. Leiskit paklausti, koks jaunas ir gabus teisininkas norės eiti dirbti į prokuratūra pedofilų “klano” valdomą? Teisingai, nei joks. Tai apie kokias permainas kalbame ir kokių norime?
Trečia: Manau, kad negarbinga ir nekorektiška logika, o ne emocijomis besivadovaujančius žmones traktuoti, kaip kažkieno draugus - pedofilų.
Ketvirta: Nežinau šios bylos, nežinau daugiau nei žino kiti, šios istorijos aplinkybių, jei atvirai man visiškai neįdomu. Tik žinau vieną dalyką, kad stebinti iš šono aiškiai matoma, kad mergaitė ir jos interesai, niekam šioje istorijoje, apart pačios mergaitės neįdomūs.
P.s Aš manau, kad tas storas ponas galėjo mergaitę tvirkinti, na suviskam, toks keistas jausmas neapleidžia. Tačiau esu įsitikines, kad Kedys yra toks pat nusikaltėlis ir pedofilas,o ir tvirkintojas. Kitaip tariant susitiko vienas kito verti ponai. Tegul jiems Dievulis teisingas būna:)

Kalbate apie masių sukilimą. Bėda, kad per ilgai visuomenė buvo nušalinta nuo teisinių klausimų. Rezultatas – susikūrė teisininkų kasta, priešakyje su Kūriu ir Nekrošiumi, kuri uzurpavo teisingumą, atskyrė jį nuo visuomenės, į viską žiūri iš aukšto, profesinalizmo bokšto.
Venckienė elgiai ne kaip teisėja, o kaip mergaitės globėja. Todėl emocijos ir tai suprantama. O dėl Kedžio, jam pedofilo etiketė nelimpa.
